View switcher
The view switcher lets you navigate between the default and saved views in the OKR module. It also lets you search, star (add to favourities), delete, edit, and share selected views.

Access and permissions
The view switcher alone does not require specific permissions. Users with a basic View OKRs permission can use the switcher.
The view switcher is located on the left-hand site on the following pages:
How to use view switcher
Click the arrow to expand the view switcher.
The view switcher consists of the following elements:
View switcher | |

Search | A search bar for saved views. |
All | A list of all saved views (by default, the five newest views are shown) |
Favorites | A list of favorite saved views. Click a star icon next to the saved view name to add it to the favorites. |
Show more views | Displays a full list of all saved views under All. |
More actions (…) | Opens a contextual menu for sharing, editing, and deleting a saved view. |
Share view button | Displays a Share view button. Mouse over the icon on the left side of the saved view name to reveal the button.  |
