Page tools menu
Overview
The Page tools menu can be accessed from any page or blog post by clicking the menu (...) in the top-right corner of the screen.
One or more workflow-related links can be displayed on the page tools menu.
The items displayed depend on the workflow and how it is applied (as a space workflow or a page workflow). Some items are shown when no workflow is applied. You also need at least edit permission to view some items.
A global administrator can choose to hide some app menu actions (such as Add Task, Add Page Workflow, and Add Read Confirmation) by using the app global configuration. This can be overridden in the space level configuration by a space administrator. If a page workflow is already applied and the app actions are hidden, the Edit with Markup, Edit with Workflow Builder, Edit Parameters, and Remove Workflow options are not displayed. v7.7.0+
