Add Workflow - Page tools

Overview
Use this option to add a workflow to an individual page or blog post.
This option is only available in page mode and adds a copy of the chosen workflow template to the individual page or blog post.
Once added to the page, the workflow is unique to the page.
Adding a workflow
Choose Page tools > Add Workflow...
This opens the Add workflow dialogue box.
Choose Apply only to page "currentpagename".
The Apply to all pages in the space … option is only displayed for a user with administrator permission in the space. Choosing this option opens the space tools document management dashboard.
Choose Next to open the Add workflow picker.
Select a workflow, then choose Apply.
This creates a new copy of the workflow on the current page or blog post. When a workflow from the workflow picker is added to a page or blog post as a page workflow, this copy of the workflow is made just for that specific page or blog post.
Once added, you can interact with the workflow using the workflow state byline breadcrumb added to the page subtitle. You can also view details of the workflow by choosing the workflow icon added to the page header.

You can customize a copy of the selected workflow before applying it to the page by:
Choosing Apply and Customize
This opens the workflow builder, where you can edit the workflow to make changes to the workflow copy that is being added to the page.
Creating a custom workflow
If you want to create a new workflow from scratch, choose Workflow with custom states at the bottom of the list in the Add workflow picker.
States in the workflow can be added or removed in the option box before choosing Apply and Customize to open the workflow builder.
The workflow must be saved in the workflow builder to apply to the page.
There is no option to apply this workflow directly to the page from the Add workflow dialogue box
The option to choose Workflow with custom states is only available in page mode.
You can also choose any existing workflow and customize it, before, or after, adding it to the page.
If you edit the workflow, it only affects the copy of the workflow added to the page or blog post and nothing else; the workflows stored at the space or global level are not affected.
