Edit Workflow - page tools
Overview
When a page workflow (page mode) is added to an individual page or blog post, you can inspect and edit the added workflow page using the workflow builder and the markup editor.
The Edit with Workflow Builder and Edit with Markup options are displayed when
A page workflow is applied to the page
The user has at least edit permission for the page or blog post
These options are not displayed when a workflow is applied to a page as a space workflow. The space workflow can only be edited in the space document management dashboard or the global workflows templates dashboard.
Edit with Workflow Builder
To edit in workflow builder:
Choose Page tools > Edit with Workflow builder to open the workflow builder.
Edit with Markup Editor
To edit using the workflow markup editor:
Choose Page tools > Edit with Markup
The markup editor contains your workflow macro markup.
You can also toggle between the workflow builder visual editor and the markup editor by selecting the appropriate icon for each editor.
Changes made in one editor are reflected when you toggle between them.
Be aware that some markup might not be fully supported by the workflow builder. If this occurs, an on-screen warning is displayed prior to confirmation of the decision to switch between the editors.
