Workflow builder
Overview
The workflow builder lets you create and edit workflows.
It can be an easier way to understand and communicate the document life-cycles within your organization.
A workflow builder can also be an effective tool for visualizing your process when starting a new project with a customer or stakeholder.

In workflow builder, the right-hand panel displays a visual flowchart for the workflow

Choose
+/- magnifier buttons to zoom in and out of the navigator panel
Select and hold your pointer to move the flowchart around the panel
Workflow builder is used to create and edit workflows. You can edit the workflow, including the workflow name and description, and the type of content the workflow is applied to. Workflow states can be added and edited in the workflow builder, including state transitions, content reviews, and tasks.
An administrator can save a workflow as a new workflow template, to share a custom workflow from a page for use across the space, or save as a global workflow to share across the instance.
The markup editor can also be accessed from the workflow builder navigator panel
Open the markup editor by using the { } button to toggle to the markup editor
An option to access the workflow translator for the cloud is also displayed if it is enabled in the app’s global configuration.
Workflow triggers
Triggers are added to the workflow in the workflow builder visual editor by copying and pasting the trigger markup to the advanced option in the Edit workflow panel.
Triggers cannot be created graphically using the workflow builder. They are added as markup to the workflow builder visual editor or markup editor.
Triggers are recorded and displayed in the workflow builder visual editor as Rules showing the type of event change and the related state.
Rules are displayed for information only. They are changed by editing the trigger markup for the rule.
