Manage workflow parameters

Use this option in the page tools menu to update the values of workflow parameters for the applied page workflow.
This option is displayed when
There is no active space workflow in the space.
A page workflow that includes one or more workflow parameters is applied to the page

Add a workflow to a page as a page workflow
Once the workflow is added, choose Manage Workflow Parameters from the page tools menu.
In the Parameters dialog box, edit the parameter(s) value(s) for the applied workflow as required.
The current value for the parameter is displayed. Click Save. An on-screen message confirms the change in value.
When using page workflows with parameters, the page tools menu will not display the Manage Workflow Parameters option. Parameters can be edited directly through the workflow dialog on the page.
