Overview

The Document Activity Report in Comala Document Management provides a summary of all workflow-related actions on a page—such as approvals, rejections, and state changes—helping you track the full review and approval history. You can use the page tools menu to view the Comala Document Management activity of the current workflow.

To view the document activity report,

1. Click the ellipsis menu in the top right corner of your Confluence page.

2. Under Apps, click Document activity.

The document activity report for that page is displayed.
