Comala Document Management workflows can be applied at both the space and page levels:
Page workflows: A page editor can apply a workflow to an individual page or blog post.
Space workflows: A space administrator can apply a workflow across all pages and blog posts in a space. A space administrator can also activate multiple space workflows and use content labels to control how each workflow is applied to specific documents.
