Remove a space workflow

To remove the active space workflow from all the pages and blog posts in a space, the space administrator must make it inactive in the space tools document control dashboard.

• Move the green slider next to the workflow name

The checkbox becomes grey and and marked with an X:

Once the space workflow is inactive:

• Any previously applied page workflow becomes active

• Editors are also be able to add and apply additional page workflows (if page workflows have been allowed in global configuration for the space) 

You can clear all the workflow history from the documents in the space by choosing Clear in the Utilities - Document Activity.

A prompt asks you to confirm this decision. You need global administrator permissions to confirm this decision, as you must login into the app global administration.
