Administrator roles

• System administrators manage the installation and upgrading of Comala Document Control

• Confluence administrators manage the configuration and notification settings of Comala Document Control

• Space administrators define which of the workflows are available in the space, whether the workflow is applied across all content, or users can add a workflow to an individual page or blog post. The space administrator can also override some global settings for the space, such as notifications.

An individual user can configure in their Profile Settings whether In App Notifications are sent when the state changes on pages they are watching
