Global administration

As a Confluence global administrator, you can:

• Configure which spaces workflows can be defined, the workflow activity, and page visibility

• Configure notifications for workflow events

• Manage e-signature authentication method for approvals requiring reviewer authentication

In Confluence global administration in the Confluence sidebar menu:

• Choose one of the options under Comala Document Control

Open

These option screens let you to manage the configuration of Comala Document Control across the instance:

• Configuration - global

• Notifications - global

• E-signatures - global

The global administrator can also upgrade legacy spaces created before v2.0 to use document activity to record workflow events and activities.
