User read confirmation
As a user, if you have been assigned to read a page, when viewing the page, the Confirm option is displayed at the bottom of the page. You can click this button to confirm you have read the page.
When no readers have been assigned to, or confirmed, a read confirmation, the following message is displayed.
Page editors and administrators have access to the read confirmation dialog box. To open it, click the read confirmation double-tick icon at the top of the page or the page footer breadcrumb.

The read confirmation dialog box provides details on
Who has been assigned to confirm reading the content (the readers)
Time elapsed from a reader’s confirmation (if confirmed)
The content Version when a reader’s confirmation occurred
The time period remaining for any read confirmation due date (if any)
Page editors and admins can use the three-dot menu options to
Edit readers for the read confirmation
The due date icon is used to set, or amend, the due date for the read confirmation.
User pending read confirmation assignments
Users can review the pending read confirmations assigned to them at any time by checking Read Assignments in their user profile.
