Export Space to PDF
Overview
Comala Document Management integrates with the native Confluence PDF export at space-level.
For pages
with no workflow, the latest version is exported
with a workflow that doesn't define a Published (final) state, the latest version is exported
with a workflow that uses same-space publishing (one that contains a state with
final=trueparameter), only the latest version created on the transition to this published (final) state page is exported.
There is no way to publish a workflow draft state content at the space level without using third-party apps, listed below.
The space-level XML and HTML exports are unaffected. These publish the latest version of content regardless of state.
Report page macro content
Exporting pages that include Comala report macro information is supported. The displayed report information in the exported page
report information exported is filtered by the user permissions of the user exporting the content
some elements of the report are not displayed (for example, user avatars)
