New features

New Page Workflows dashboard listing page workflows in a space

The new Page Workflows dashboard displays a list of all the page workflows that have been added to a page or blog post in the space. This includes a page workflow added to a page with an applied space workflow that overrides the page workflow.

You can use the dashboard to

• View all the page workflows in a space

• View a list of pages and blog posts linked to each page workflow

• Delete a page workflow

• Consolidate the page workflow as a labelled space workflow

The label for the labelled workflow can be added in the Consolidate Page Workflow dialog box. This label is added to the pages and blog posts linked to the page workflow in order to automatically activate the space workflow.

Consolidation of the page workflow removes it from the page(s) as a page workflow and adds the workflow to the space workflow templates dashboard as an active space workflow.

New Ancestor page filter for document reporting macros

The new Ancestor page filter in the document report page macros lets you filter the report display data for all descendant pages (direct children, grandchildren, etc.) of the specified ancestor page.

Administrator settings to hide the app action options in the page tools menu

An administrator can hide the app action options in the page tools menu by unchecking the Enable CDM Actions in Page Tools option in the app configuration.

A global administrator can uncheck the option in the app global configuration.

An administrator can customize this setting in each space using the dropdown menu in the app space configuration. This setting overrides the global configuration.

Improvements

Workflow translator support for workflow trigger label actions

The workflow translator for cloud now supports the set-label and remove-label trigger macros when translating a workflow to a cloud-compatible workflow template. These workflow trigger actions are added to the cloud workflow template as the add-labels trigger action and remove-labels trigger action.

Improved performance when loading the app

We have improved the efficiency of loading the app in a browser. The required app resources are now four times smaller.

Bug fixes

The following issues are fixed in this release:

• Resolved a problem that caused the rememberassignees approval feature to ignore a user when they were unassigned and reassigned as a reviewer

• Fixed an issue that prevented the Workflow State filter in the page properties report macro and in the Confluence advanced search from displaying all the possible workflow state names as options

• Resolved a problem in the workflow builder that prevented the addition of multiple state-selection options as transitions for a state

• Document stats report macro incorrectly displayed pages with no active workflow if they had a workflow history

• Fixed an issue where the Refresh Data action was displayed in the document report macros for users without administrator permissions, even though it was not permitted. A tooltip hint is now shown to indicate when the appropriate administrator permission is required

• Fixed a bug where assignees of an approval that were not allowed to assign users to that approval were unable to see their approval role

• Recipients added to the send-email macro in a trigger using the address parameter, now do not see any other recipients in the email

• Fixed a bug with special characters not being properly displayed in emails of app action notifications
