Minimum approvals

Overview
You can configure an approval to require a minimum number of reviewers to approve or reject the content before the workflow can transition to the next state. The workflow state dialog displays the required number of users as empty outline avatars. These are filled when users complete their approval decisions.
Approval Behavior
When a review is in progress, individual reviewer decisions are displayed in the workflow state dialog. These decisions remain visible until the required minimum number of approvals is reached.
If more reviewers are assigned than the required minimum, the workflow will transition as soon as the specified number of approvals is received—regardless of whether all assigned reviewers have completed their review or whether any rejections have been made.
For example, if four reviewers are assigned and the minimum number of approvals is set to two, the workflow will transition to the next state (for example, Approved) as soon as any two reviewers approve, even if the remaining reviewers reject the content or have not yet responded.
