This page applies to both Agile Cards for Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center.
In the Page settings tab, you can define how your Agile Cards printouts will look. Agile Cards sends pages to your printer, with each page containing multiple issue cards based on your configuration.
Feel free to experiment with the available settings to find the layout that best suits your needs. Before printing, you can preview the results by following the steps provided in the Print preview tab page.
Prerequisites
This area is accessible only to Jira Administrators and Project Administrators.
Configuration
Grid
Use this section to define the number of rows and columns in the printout matrix. Each cell of the matrix will be used by a single issue card.
The page format and orientation you choose will affect the size and shape of the cards. Adjust the grid dimensions to optimize the layout for your preferred paper size.
Card margins
Each card is placed in a cell within the layout grid. To improve visual appeal and ease of cutting, we recommend adding margins around each card. Cutting markers will be added to guide you, but margins can make the cards look more polished.
PDF and preview
These settings determine how the print preview and final PDF output are generated. To ensure the printout matches your preview:
Set the page size and orientation in your system’s printer dialog to match the settings configured here.
If the settings don’t match, the printout may look different from the preview.
