Sync your physical and digital boards

Agile Cards lets you print Jira issues to use on physical boards, but it doesn’t stop there. You can also sync updates from your physical board back to Jira.

How it works

To enable synchronization, your printed Agile Cards need to include special QR and KR codes. These codes are scanned by Agile Cards to identify and update the corresponding Jira issues.

Step 1: Set up your physical board

Before scanning cards, make sure your physical task board is ready.

Step 2: Use Agile Cards synchronization

Refer to this page to set up the synchronization. Once set up, you can:

• Sync issue statuses

• Update field values

• Automatically re-rank backlog items

You can perform synchronization using either your mobile phone or desktop, depending on your preferences.
