Board synchronization

This page applies to both Agile Cards for Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center.

Agile Cards offers a seamless way to synchronize your physical and digital boards. All it takes is a single photo of your physical board, and Agile Cards will update your digital board based on the placement of the printed cards.

Step 1: Prepare your physical board

Before the physical board can be scanned, you need to make sure it is configured accordingly. Read the page called Setting up the physical board for instructions on how to set up your physical board.

Step 2: Choose a synchronization method

There are two possible methods for synchronization, and each can be performed using a mobile phone or a desktop computer:

Mind that in order for the board scanner to work, you must print your cards with embedded KR codes.
