Pages and blog posts automatically update their data for the following document management reports

However, sometimes, the data is not updated if there are unexpected errors or the user who triggers the update lacks edit permissions.
In those cases, the data in the space for the reports can be manually populated by running a space-level job using the Refresh Data screen in the space tools Document Management dashboard.
This option complements the option to run the space-level data refresh of page workflow properties through the URL.
Use the Report Data Population tab for Comala Document Management v7.2.3 and earlier.
When would I want to use this?
The data refresh option can be used to populate space properties data for the workflow properties for your pages and blog posts in a space if there are unexpected errors in Comala Document Management reports and report macros.
In addition to a whole space refresh of data, each workflow report and report macro (from v7.3.0) includes an option to Refresh Data for the report while viewing the report.
To display this in-report data refresh option, hold the pointer over the displayed data in the report.
Running the space data refresh
In the space tools Document Management dashboard
Choose the Refresh Data screen tab
Choose the Refresh Data button
Before running the space data refresh job, all workflows must be enabled, or the existing data of pages and blog posts will not be included in the report.
Pages with page-level restrictions might not have their data refreshed if the space administrator does not have edit permission for the page.
Impersonation group for Refresh Data v7.6.1+
To ensure the data refresh process has access to restricted pages, a global administrator can set a Confluence user group to impersonate a Confluence administrator when the data refresh process is executed in a space.
The Impersonation group for the Refresh Data option is available in the app global configuration (from v7.6.1 Data Center). If impersonation is required, it must be set for the instance by the global administrator before the data refresh process is run.
