Who can copy a space?

To copy a space, you need to have:

Space administrator permission in the space you want to copy
At least view, edit, and delete permission for pages, blog posts, and attachments in the target space (the space you want to copy to)

You also have to be a member of the Confluence user group added to the Copiers Group. This configuration setting is managed by the Confluence global administrator in the Copy Space - global configuration.
