Welcome to Comala Publishing Data Center

Comala Publishing for Confluence Data Center lets you manage and share your space content and keep your draft and published Confluence documentation separate.

This lets your teams collaborate on draft content development without compromising your approved public content.

You can also create static versioned snapshot documents of a page and manage these in one or more collections, letting you create manuals and guides that can utilize one or more of the document snapshots.

Comala Publishing space publishing and snapshot publishing integration with Comala Document Management provides automated document lifecycle processes.

Space Publishing provides between-space publishing in the same Confluence instance and lets you keep two spaces in sync. The publishing and sync can be done on a whole space or page-by-page basis.

Copy Space lets you make a one-time copy of any space content to a target space within the same Confluence instance (with no subsequent sync if content changes in either space).

Snapshot Publishing lets you create a static versioned document from your dynamic Confluence content and organize these documents as logical groups in one or more collections.


You can use Comala Publishing with Comala Document Management to automate your documentation process.

Versioned snapshot documents can be automatically created published using the snapshot-page macro in an applied workflow trigger to a named snapshot collection.

A PDF snapshot of a document can be automatically added as an attachment to a page using the pdf-export macro in an applied workflow trigger
