Search with Advanced Table Viewer [Beta] macro - cloud
The Advanced Table Viewer BETA macro search feature enables you to perform a dynamic search on the imported table data.
The search feature is enabled by default when you insert the macro for the first time.
When search is enabled, the search bar is accessible to you without edit permissions.
Enable search
Edit the macro to open the setup mode. Refer to Setup the Advanced Table Viewer [Beta] macro features.
Enable the Search ( ) option.
Click Save.
You need edit permissions to access the setup mode.
Search in page view/edit mode
Search is available in both the view and edit mode of the Confluence page.
Full-screen view mode: You can open the macro in Full-screen mode from both the view and edit mode of the page. The Full-screen mode also displays the search bar.
To perform a search, enter a keyword in the search box, and the search results are displayed dynamically.
Once you perform a search and continue editing the Confluence page, the macro maintains the search state during further page edits until you clear the search text field.
