Here is what you need to know about migrating your Jira Data Center/Server instance with Agile Cards app to Jira Cloud.
1. Templates and configurations migrate automatically
Your templates and cork boards configuration will be migrated automatically along with Jira data if you follow Atlassian's Cloud migration guide. Agile Cards app will appear in Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to allow a smooth data transition.
Automatic app data migration will be available as soon as Atlassian enables app migrations in Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.
2. Sync all printed cards before migrating
Before starting the migration:
Synchronize all printed cards with their respective Jira issues.
After the migration is complete, reprint any cards you need using your new Jira Cloud instance.
Printed cards from Jira Server are not compatible with Jira Cloud.
