Support for Scaffolding fields

Reporting can generate reports from pages that contain Scaffolding -Field Group fields.

The current Reporting version can extract data from these Scaffolding fields:

Scaffolding Cloud fields support is a beta feature, and your administrator must first enable it in the app's configuration.
