Clear report filters option in the publishing report

When any filter is applied in the publishing report, a Clear filters button now lets you remove all applied filters in a single action.

General release of new features

The following features are now available on all customer sites:

Final workflow state filter in the publishing report

The Final workflow state filter is now available in the publishing report.

When a Comala workflow is applied to at least one page in a space, this filter lets you display only pages in the final state of the applied workflow. The Final Workflow State filter can be used in combination with other report filters for more precise results.

Publish using the app add-on user permissions in the target space

The Select user performing publishing action option is now available in the app space settings. This option lets the space administrator choose between using the add-on user's permissions or the current user's permissions in the target space when publishing

By default, pages are published using the app add-on user permissions.

This feature enables you to limit permissions in your target space to support compliance requirements.

Bug fixes

The following issues are fixed in this release:

• fixed an issue where changing the target space reset the source space settings to their default configuration. The source space settings are now retained after changing the target space

• resolved an issue in the log that occasionally displayed the wrong context for a log message

Security vulnerability patches

Vulnerability issues fixed in this release include:

• a vulnerability (CVE-2024-52798) that can lead to poor performance
