Workflow usage report
Overview v7.9.1+
Workflow usage reports let you generate detailed reports to analyze the use of Comala Document Management workflows in your Confluence instance. These reports help you assess app usage and understand how different workflows are used. They are especially useful when preparing for a migration to Confluence Cloud.
Each report is generated as a downloadable CSV file.
Pre-migration reports
Pre-migration reports are useful when planning a migration to Confluence Cloud.
The report provides options to generate three downloadable CSV exports
Click Space Workflows to generate and download a CSV that shows a detailed report on how all space workflows, including linked global workflows, are enabled and applied in the instance's spaces
Click Page Workflows to generate and download a CSV that provides a detailed report on how page workflows are enabled and applied on documents in the instance
Click Page Restrictions to generate and download a CSV that provides a report on documents (pages and blog posts) with active page-level restrictions, including inherited restrictions, in the instance (from v7.11.0+)
Documents with page restrictions can affect the migration of workflow data when migrating your instance to Confluence Cloud, and need to be removed before undertaking a migration.
