When contacting us with an issue, provide us with the following information:
App version number
Confluence version number
Your page's storage format markup:
Go to Tools > View Storage Format (you may need administrator access)
Copy the contents and save them in a
.txtfile.
HAR file - Replicate the issue and generate the HAR file.
We will respond to you as quickly as possible and try to solve any issues you are facing with our products.
You may also need to import similar content sent back by our support engineers. If you install the Confluence Source Editor you will be able to use the content we send back to you.
