How to export dashboards

Rich Filters::PDF Reports for Jira is an extension of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app.

After Rich Filter::PDF Reports for Jira is installed, dashboards containing at least one rich filter gadget display an Export to PDF button on the upper/right-hand side of the dashboard.

After the button is pressed, the Export gadgets to PDF dialog is displayed.

You can also choose to include export metadata in the exported PDF file. Check the Include export metadata box to export a PDF file with the information about the rich filter(s) used in the gadgets' configuration, active quick filters, total number of issues, Jira, and rich filter app versions.

Only the rich filter gadgets from the dashboard are exported to the PDF file. Rich Filter::PDF Reports for Jira does not export any non-rich filter gadgets.

Export limits defined by Jira administrators are considered only for Rich Filter Results gadgets (see the Export limits page for more details).
