Description	Get a list of Atlassian marketplace tags available for Apps with regex filtering on tag name. The tags are part of a categorization system defined by the Atlassian Marketplace to help customers find apps matching their needs. Currently, category and keyword type tags are available. Tags can be filtered by name.
