getPromotionCodeAppList

Get a list of apps and related information associated with a promotion code. Identify a promotion by promotion id or a promotion name and hosting parameter for lookup. By default, all code and app combinations will be listed. Filter by a code using '--options code=...'. Filter by partial app key using the app parameter. Note that app key listed may contain a qualifier of '.cloud' or '.data-center'. Use '--options includeInactive' to include inactive promotions when doing name lookup by promotion name.
