Convert basic task to Jira issue
In the Gantt module, you can convert a single basic task to a Jira issue. Because the Jira issue requires you to fill in a specific set of fields, the conversion to the Jira issue cannot be carried out in bulk. But you can convert one or several Jira issues to milestones.
Context menu
Right-click on a task or taskbar you want to convert to prompt the context menu.
From the menu, select Convert to Jira issue.
On the Convert Basic task to Jira issue screen:
select Jira project from the dropdown
select Jira issue type from the dropdown
Provide Jira issue details.
Click Create to finish the process.
Editor slider
Select a task or taskbar to highlight it and prompt the editor slider.
From the editor slider, select More actions (…) > Convert to Jira issue.
On the Convert Basic task to Jira issue screen:
select Jira project from the dropdown
select Jira issue type from the dropdown
Provide Jira issue details.
Click Create to finish the process.
