Create task

BigPicture offers several ways to create tasks, giving you flexibility based on your needs and workflow. You can choose the following options:

• Import from a file - import your task templates from tools like MS Project, MS Excel, CSV, or OpenDocument files. The option is available in Gantt and Scope modules.

• Create tasks - create Jira issues and basic tasks directly in the Gantt, Scope, or Board's backlog.

• Clone existing scope - use your existing boxes as templates and clone the scope to a different box.

• Task templates - predefined templates of basic tasks that you can use to create simple schedules to arrange your data into phases and stages or represent external providers' tasks.
