Delete OKR

Delete OKR

Overview

It makes sense to delete an OKR when:

  • It is no longer relevant or has already been fully completed, and you do not need to keep it for reference.

  • It was created by mistake or is a duplicate; deleting it helps keep things organized.

  • It is part of an old project that’s been archived or replaced by a new set of OKRs.

  • There is a major shift in priorities or strategy, and the OKR no longer aligns with the updated goals.

Delete OKR

When you are deleting an Objective, you will be asked if you also want to delete all sub-items that belong to that Objective, allowing you to remove the entire OKR sub-structure in one go.

When you delete a Key Result, you will also delete its progress that counts towards the completion of the Objective. Consider closing it instead.
