How to use the legacy Data Table Custom Fields

You can use Data Table Custom Fields to retrieve data from a database or from a SIL script and display it in a table grid. To do that, you configure the custom field as described on the Data Table Configuration page.

The configured field can then display data during the following Jira operations:

• View an issue

• Edit an issue

• Create an issue

• Transitions on issue
