Hedge
Clone Plus for Jira lets you clone Risk assessment metrics, such as risk score, risk level, likelihood, and consequence, from the Hedge: Risk Management, Risk Register & Risk Matrix for Jira app.
The Risk assessment is cloned using the Jira Issue properties.
When you clone an issue with the Risk assessment metrics, it is cloned with the Risk assessment metrics values as in the original issue.
Hedge is a Jira risk management app that lets you create risk registers for your projects and manage risks using simple, customizable risk management frameworks. Hedge helps you to assess risk metrics, such as Probability and Impact, and Likelihood and Consequence in the interactive table. Hedge then creates the risk score and assigns the risk level based on the risk matrix. Prerequisites
Ensure Hedge: Risk Management, Risk Register & Risk Matrix for Jira is available in your Jira instance.
Ensure the Risk Register is configured for your project.
Ensure the Risk assessment metrics are available for the issue you want to clone.
Steps
Select an issue you want to clone in your Jira instance. For example, consider an issue with Risk assessment metrics, as shown in the following image.
In the top-right corner, select Actions
> Clone Plus option or the
Clone Plus quick-add button for any issue.
On the Clone Plus for Jira page, do the following:
In the Clone operation field, select the clone operation you want to apply to the cloned issues.
In the Project field, select the project to which you want to clone the issues.
In the Issue type field, select the issue type you want.
In the Clone options section, click the Apps clone option.
Click Clone.
On the Create issue page, select values for all the issue fields as required.
Click Create.
Jira displays a successful issue creation message, and the issue is cloned with the Risk assessment metrics.
You can also view the Risk assessment metrics of the cloned issue in the risk register of the Hedge app, which is dedicated to newly cloned issues.
