The following export formats are available:

CSV
XML
PDF image (not clickable)

It is not recommended to exceed 2.000 tasks while exporting data to a PDF file. Doing so can cause problems with generating the correct PDF and opening the file.

The export is available in:

Portfolio boxes cloud version
Own scope boxes (project boxes)
Sub-scope boxes (for example, Iteration)

PDF image export

PDF image export reflects what you see on the screen. Affected by:

Task filtering
Active column views
Expand/collapse WBS (tree structure)

PDF export file is not clickable. It contains the screenshot image.

Image export requires NodeJS installation. If you don’t see the PDF image export option, check the BigTemplate installation page.

XLSX and CSV export

Contains all data unaffected by filtering. Contains information from columns visible during export.

Actions that temporarily change data display in the Gantt module, such as Sort by feature, have no effect on the exported data.

Customization of export templates

You can’t customize the export templates for the Scope module.
