Tab Group & Tab Macros in Migrated Pages

• After migrating from DC to Cloud, tab groups and tab macros appear as flattened structures in the UI on page launch.

• To view the content properly, the editor needs to be converted. In most Confluence versions, a Convert Page button will be displayed when you click Edit.

Conversion Process

• Clicking Convert Page reveals the tab group and tab data.

• Once updated, the page displays the legacy tab-group and tabs macros correctly in the new environment.

External Links Behavior

• External links will open in a new tab when clicked.

• The Forge platform shows a security warning before redirecting. Users must acknowledge this warning to proceed.

Macro Nesting Limitation

• The new editor does not support macro nesting (i.e., placing one macro inside another) except confluence macros.

• Because of this limitation, additional macros cannot be embedded within the new Forge app.

• The listed macros in the below page are not supported in cloud platform.
