Use the setup wizard to publish all the pages in a space
Overview
After installing Comala Publishing, a space administrator can configure a space in the Confluence Cloud site to publish pages to another space in the same site.
The Configure Publishing setup wizard can be used to configure a space and publish pages in this source space to a target space. It is available in a space with no current publishing configuration.
Access the setup wizard
A space administrator can access the setup wizard in the app space settings:
Navigate to the Comala Publishing settings in a space, for example, by choosing
Confluence side bar menu > Space apps > Comala Publishing
Select Space settings in the app welcome screen
Choose Configure Publishing in the app space settings
You can also navigate to the app space settings by choosing Space settings >App links>Comala Publishing
Publish using the setup wizard
If publishing is not already configured in the space, open the setup wizard by:
Selecting Configure Publishing
The publishing setup wizard is only available if the space is being set up for the first time or if any publishing configuration has been cleared using the Clear Publishing Configuration option.
In the setup tool, you must select a target space to publish all your pages to. This is the destination space for your published pages.
Before publishing, you can select Review the Configuration to check the publishing settings.
choose Back to view the publishing configuration for the space
The space administrator can use the app settings to configure the publishing options in the space, for example, prevent a page editor from publishing pages in the space on a page-by-page basis by making Single Page Publishing inactive.
Publishing editors and the space administrator must have the Confluence permissions to publish and sync pages in your linked spaces. Page restrictions can prevent a page being published.
