Edit Parameters - Page tools

Overview

The Content Expiry Workflow and the Quality Management System Workflow both have workflow parameters. The values for these parameters are set up when the workflow is first applied in a space. 

A user with edit permissions for the document can change each value of the workflow parameters with the workflow applied in page-level workflow.

Changing the value of the parameters

A user can change the value of the workflow parameters.

• Choose Edit Parameters in the page tools menu

• Enter the values of the workflow parameters into the dialog box

The parameter values that can be edited depend on the current page-level workflow applied to the page. In the app, the editable parameter values are:

• The published content due date expiry time period when using the Content Expiry Workflow

• The Confluence user names and user group names assigned to content reviews, and the read confirmation readers to be assigned when using the Quality Management System Workflow (shown above)

The Edit Parameters menu option in the page tools menu is only available:

• When the applied page workflow has editable parameters

• Only for users with edit or administrator permission for the content
