Workflow setup

Overview

The Quality Management System workflow and the Content Expiry workflow require additional Workflow Setup on the page before they are applied.

You'll see a message in the workflow state dialog box asking you to set Parameters.

Open

The Workflow setup dialog occurs when workflow parameter values are required for the:

• Content reviewers parameters in the  Quality Management System workflow.

• Expiry period parameter in the Content Expiry workflow.

Once you've saved the parameters, the workflow state dialog box returns to normal and shows information about the current state.

Editing parameters

If the parameters of the workflow are altered after you've set them, you can see this screen again. These workflow parameters can be set up as follows:

• On the initial addition of the workflow to another individual page or to a new page when a space workflow is active (the above prompt occurs)

• As a user with Edit permission, using the page tools menu to Edit the parameters once the workflow has been added and applied to a page as a page workflow

• As a space administrator, in the space tools parameters dashboard to alter the parameter values for the workflows across the space
