Generates a checklist change report for a given page.

The macro retrieves the change history for metadata and label changes made on pages through a checklist.

The default option for the report display is detailed.

This will display all the available information - including metadata name changed, date, user.

The way the log entries are reported can be defined using the Format drop-down menu in the Edit Macro dialogue box.

The format options for the report display are detailed in the parameter table below.
