Improvement to publishing page hierarchy where a child page that was published before its parent page was left at the target space home directory will now be adjusted to the correct position
Fixes an issue where using the "Delete Pages added in Target Space" configuration option, pages were not deleted when source space was changed.
Fixes an issue where the space "View Changes" option did not take the "Delete sync-label on Source after Synchronization" configuration option into account when checking page order.
